It is my hope and prayer that you will feast on God’s Word and allow Jesus to transform your life through these Morning Star devotionals and mini-Bible Studies. You have been prayed for and these have been written with you in mind. 

I was born and raised in Virginia and have had the opportunity to live in different areas of the country. After many years in Wisconsin, God returned my family to Texas in 2012. I am married and we have two adult children. We share our home with two dogs and one very persnickety cat who thinks he’s the boss of us all. We also serve with a dog rescue group in our area and rescue dogs from area shelters to prepare them for out-of-state transport to their forever homes.

My days are spent teaching English Language Arts to middle school students in a nearby school district. About 10 years ago I discovered I love to run and have laced up my running shoes ever since. Additionally, I stay busy keeping up with our adult children, serving in our church, and of course, walking the dogs. 

I am most passionate about bringing others to Jesus. My current areas of interest include Creation Science, Prophecy, and Evangelism.
